Login page refreshes while clicking on forgot password link in Adobe Connect 10

PROBLEM DESCRIPTION: When LDAP Authentication is enabled in Adobe Connect 10, login page does not give any error when try to reset password through forgot password link. It just refreshes the page. In the previous versions it used to give error ” Adobe Connect is integrated with your corporate directory (LDAP) Please contact you system Administrator if you need to reset password “

Environment: 

• Adobe Connect  On-Premise
• Adobe Connect version 10.0

Reason behind the behavior:
We have recently discovered a new bug which indicates this has happened post Adobe Connect 10 upgrade.

Steps to Replicate:

1. Open you Adobe Connect URL in Browser
2. Click on Forgot Password link
3. It will refresh the page. Instead it should give below error message which we used to get in previous version.

Solution:
This is currently under investigation and will be fixed in future version.

Workaround:
N/A.
