Issue Description: Host or Presenter getting Share my Screen (Secure) option when trying to share Screen in meeting
Environment:
- Adobe Connect Hosted/ On-Premise
- Adobe Connect Version 9 and above
Reason:
- You get Share My Screen (secure) option When the Administrator of the account has restricted an application or process that can be shared.
Resolution:
- Login to the Connect account as an Administrator.
- Navigate to Administration>Compliance and Control>Share Settings.
- Under Screen Share Settings, uncheck “Restrict screen sharing to specific processes (check to define process lists)…”
