Objective:
How can an Administrator fix a user’s password if the user cannot receive *Password Reset* Email
Environment:
Adobe Connect Hosted
Adobe Connect On Premise
Adobe Connect all versions
Solution:
- Login as an Administrator to Adobe Connect portal
- Click Administration > Users and Groups > Select the user who has not received the email by clicking on “i” icon.
- In the next step use either option to **Send the email again** or share a Temporary Password for the user in case the email still fails.
