Login Policy for Suspended users has been improved in connect version 9.7.5
PROBLEM DESCRIPTION: Login Policy for Suspended users has been improved since we have added an option for Administrator to unlock Suspended Username. Under Administration> Users and Groups> Edit Login and Password Policies:
WORKFLOW: When the user will try to login with incorrect password, after 5 consecutive attempts their login will be suspended . If we select the option “Suspend user login until password is reset by an Administrator” then Administrator will find an option to UNLOCK the respective username with an option:
