Webcam Not Visible in Recording Playback for Safari Users on MacOS 10.15.7 | Adobe Connect

ISSUE DESCRIPTION: Webcam is not visible in recording playback for Safari users on macOS 10.15.7 although their webcams are visible during live meetings

ENVIRONMENT:

  • Adobe Connect Recordings
  • Adobe Connect Hosted version 12.5.1
  • MacOS – 10.15.7

SOLUTION: We have logged a bug with the Adobe Connect engineering team, and it is currently being investigated.

WORKAROUND:

  • Users can use Safari with the latest MacOS (Above 10.15.7) to get into the meetings.
