Users not able to install Adobe Connect application on 64-bit Windows Machine

Issue Description: Users are not able to install Connect application on 64-bit Windows Machine and gets the below error:

Environment:

• Adobe Connect hosted/ On-premise
• Adobe Connect 10.1 and above

Solution: Download the ‘Standalone installer for Windows’ via https://helpx.adobe.com/adobe-connect/connect-downloads-updates.html

(Note: Standalone applications are platform-independent and can be used with any Operating System of their choice.)
