PDF file does not upload into Content library | Adobe Connect

Problem Statement: PDF file does not upload into Content library in Adobe Connect. Users get the conversion error.

EnvironmentAdobe Connect Hosted/ On-Premise

Resolution:

  1. Open the file in  Adobe Acrobat Pro .
  2. Click on the Printer icon at the top.
  3. In Printer option at the top left> choose Adobe PDF.
  4. Click Print.
  5. Upload the saved file from computer in meeting room.
