Objective: How to view the number of times an Adobe software has been downloaded in LWS.
Environment:
- All Adobe Solution
- Licensing Website (LWS)
Solution:
- Log in to LWS at https://licensing.adobe.com
- Your Login ID is the email address you provided with your order.
- Choose ‘Reports’ and select ‘View ESD Entitlements’.
- Enter the End User Id in the designated field and click on search.
- Once the result populates, click on ‘Export To CSV’ to save it.
