Error messages displayed on copying private templates for Event Management feature

Problem Statement: On creating a copy a private (event/event) templates – error messages are displayed.

Environment:

• Adobe Connect Hosted
• Adobe Connect On-Premise

Adobe Connect On-Premise users get ‘Repository‘ error

Adobe Connect Hosted users get the following message displayed.

Reason behind this behaviour:
As per design a user cannot create a copy of another user’s private (event/email) template.

Solution:
We have a known issue CONN-4106679, where ‘Proper Error Handling Messages‘ request is being aggressively worked upon by our Engineering Team.
