PROBLEM DESCRIPTION: Adobe Connect 10 login page shows incorrect formatting on IE

Environment: 

• Adobe Connect  Licensed (On-Premise)
• Adobe Connect version 10.0
• Microsoft Internet Explorer Version 11

Reason behind the behavior:
We have recently discovered a new bug which indicates this has happened post Adobe Connect 10 upgrade.

Steps to Replicate:

1. Open the Adobe Connect login page on IE
2. You will notice the formatting in incorrect.

Solution:
This is currently under investigation and will be fixed in future version.

Workaround:
It works fine on Chrome version 73+ and Firefox version 66+
