User Name/Email not reflected in Adobe Connect Events Email Reports

Issue Description:

User Name/Email not reflected in Event Email Reports.

Environment:

Hosted/On-Premise

Reason:

This usually happens when users access the direct webinar/meeting link instead of the Event Login URL.

The Event reports will not show the user as attended but their name would be reflected in the meeting/seminar reports which was linked to the specific Event.

Solution:

Please suggest participants to access the Event via Event login URL they have received after a successful registration.
