Meeting Entry and Exit Tone while Screen-sharing

This article applies only to Adobe Connect version 12.9 running Enhanced Meetings in the Adobe Connect Meeting Application.

Upon invoking the screen-sharing feature using the Adobe Connect Meeting Application in Adobe Connect 12.9 WebRTC Enhanced Meetings, the Publisher will hear entry and exit tones.

The tone is not audible in the browser, only the Meeting Application and only for Publishers.

This is scheduled to be changed in Adobe Connect 12.10
