Adobe Connect Meeting Rooms Load Blank Default Template
This issue may affect Adobe Connect Hosted customers on version 12.9
Note: This article contains images. You may need to refresh the WordPress page in your browser to view them.
The problem may occur with Adobe Connect 12.9; some templates that have background images, may produce broken meeting rooms (default template error).
This could be on any room created from a template with a background image but has not been launched until after the upgrade of Adobe Connect to 12.9.
The workaround for this is to go into the TEMPLATE Meeting and choose DEFAULT in the Preferences -> General -> Background Image, then try to create a meeting off of it. If it’s already set to DEFAULT, try uploading an image, then reset it to DEFAULT and re-test.

You may need to wait 5 – 10 minutes or so for the template to offload if you recently launched it. A way to test is:
- Launch the template
- Change the Background Image
- Close the Template meeting room
- WAIT – 15-20 min for it to offload
- CREATE a NEW meeting from the template to see if it works.
