How to disable HTML Recording Viewer Settings in Adobe Connect
OBJECTIVE: How disable HTML recording viewer setting so that recording opens in flash or Connect application
ENVIRONMENT:
- Adobe Connect Hosted
- Adobe Connect 10.6 and above
SOLUTION:
- Login to Adobe Connect
- Select Administration> Compliance & Control> HTML Client Settings
- Un-check “Enable HTML Recording Viewer” under “HTML Recording Viewer Settings” as shown below.
