Adobe Receives Highest Scores in Gartner Critical Capabilities for Web Conferencing report

Adobe is honored to receive the highest score for Webinars and Training use cases once again by Gartner in their recently released Critical Capabilities for Web Conferencing report. The Critical Capabilities report is a compliment to the Gartner Magic Quadrant report and is meant to highlight the strengths of vendors as it relates to the dominant web conferencing use cases. Gartner evaluates vendors’ ability to support unique use cases based on critical capabilities such as “host controls”, “client experience” and “collaboration and enterprise integrations”.  We believe this report validates and awards our continued focus on advanced web conferencing use cases to support our customers with their mission-critical online meetings, whether for customer enablement, thought leadership webinars or new hire onboarding.
