The Critical Capabilities report is a compliment to the Gartner Magic Quadrant report and is meant to highlight the strengths of vendors as it relates to the dominant web conferencing use cases. Gartner evaluates vendors’ ability to support unique use cases based on critical capabilities such as “host controls”, “client experience” and “collaboration and enterprise integrations”.
