Adobe Connect Chat Options

With so many great options for chatting and asking questions in an Adobe Connect room, how do you choose which one to use? This tutorial attempts to explain all the differences.

No single option does everything, and each has its strengths, so we’ve created this table to help you decide which features are most important to you. For regular chatting, the basic Chat pod is quick and easy. However, if you want your audience to be able to open and close the chat when needed, then the Chat Panel might be better. If you want the richest chatting experience, then Chat Plus is hard to beat with great colors, native emoticons, and even GIF support. Yet, if moderated questions are what you need – then the Q&A pod is ideal. You might want to try each of them to see what suits your meetings, classrooms, or webinars best.
