Web Session Timeout Behaviour in Adobe Connect
DESCRIPTION: With the Web Session Timeout set to 30 minutes, the Meeting session does not end after 30 minutes of inactivity in the room when users are present in the room. The session remains active even when there is no activity in the Meeting, such as active pods or screen sharing, etc. The presence of users is the key variable.

ENVIRONMENT:
- Adobe Connect Administration
EXPLANATION:
- This is by design. The Web Session timeout only kicks in when the Meeting is vacated. Once someone joins a meeting, the system keeps the session alive up to 12 hours to avoid disconnecting them mid-meeting.
What This Means:
· In a meeting: Session stays active as long as the user remains connected, regardless of the 30-minute timeout setting
· Outside a meeting: Session expires after 30 minutes with no activity.
