Slide index is missing in Adobe Connect Recording

Problem Description: Slide Indexes do not appear in the recording.
Slide Index is a bookmarking feature that gets auto-generated while host/presenter traverse through the Presentation during live meeting:

Environment:

• Adobe Connect Hosted/On-premise
• Adobe Connect 9 and above
