Rosetta support popup on Mac’s with Apple silicon chip

On Mac machines using Apple’s silicon chip, eg. M1, M2 etc, in common with other Intel based software, the Adobe Connect desktop application for Mac users runs through Rosetta. For more info see here

Apple intends to EOL their support for Rosetta functionality with OS version 28, which is currently due for release in late 2027. The current OS version at time of writing is OS 26.x

Starting in macOS Tahoe 26.4, Apple silicon users will be notified when they launch or install apps that use Rosetta, of the upcoming incompatibility. i.e. on OS 26.4 and above you will see a popup notification when installing the Adobe Connect desktop app:

This is just a notification message. The current Connect desktop app will work as normal through Rosetta.

Adobe will release an updated Connect desktop application for Mac users, with native silicon support, before Apple EOL Rosetta
