PPTX Presentation Uploaded to Meeting Room does not Play Audio
ISSUE DESCRIPTION: PPTX file uploaded to meeting room does not play audio
ENVIRONMENT:
- Adobe Connect 12.9 and above
- Adobe Connect Meeting
SOLUTION:
- Open PPTX file in Microsoft PowerPoint.
- Go to the slide where audio file does not play.
- Right click on the small speaker icon and save the audio file taking note of the audio file format.
- If the audio file format is not mp3 then convert the the audio file to mp3 format using any 3rd party audio editing tool.
- Insert the audio file into the affected slide of the PPTX file and Save the file.
- Upload the edited PPTX file into the Meeting room.
