PowerPoint Presentation not Displaying on Android Client in Meeting using Browser
ISSUE DESCRIPTION: PowerPoint presentation is not displaying on Android devices when joining and Adobe Connect Meeting from the mobile browser
ENVIRONMENT:
- Adobe Connect Meeting
- Adobe Connect Mobile Client
CURRENT BEHAVIOR:
- Open an Adobe connect Meeting on a desktop client and share a PowerPoint presentation.
- On an Android 4.2 client log in and join the Meeting room using the URL in a browser.
- Notice that the PPTX is not displayed
REASON: This is logged as a BUG # CONN-4173884 and it is being investigated by Adobe Connect Engineering.
WORKAROUND: Exit the meeting room and rejoin from meeting URL in the Adobe Connect Mobile Application. This issue only affects the mobile browser..
