In a Locked Layout Meeting Room there is an Option to add a Share pod

ISSUE DESCRIPTION: In a Locked layout meeting room there is an option to add another share pod

ENVIRONMENT:

• Adobe Connect Meeting
• Adobe Connect version 12.11.c

STEPS TO REPLICATE:

1. Go to Meetings > Shared Meetings > Shared Templates.
2. Open Default Meeting template/ any other meeting template> Click on Edit information.
3. Select the checkbox – New Meetings created from this template will have layouts locked
4. Click on Save.
5. Create a new meeting which this locked layout meeting. 
6. Open the same meeting. 
7. Hosts can add a new Share pod in rooms with locked layouts using the Share button
8. Once added, the Share pod cannot be moved, resized, or hidden
9. The new pod overlaps existing pods, making the layout unusable
10. Hosts have no way to manage or remove the added pod

SOLUTION: This is fixed in Adobe Connect version 12.11.1 which has been deployed already. We had a BUG – CONN-4174503 logged with engineering team.
