ENVIRONMENT:

• Adobe Connect Hosted
• Adobe Connect Meeting

Solution:

Follow these steps while creating new meetings:

• Go to Meeting > Shared Meetings/ My Meetings.
• Click on New Meeting.
• Enter the name of the Meeting and select these check boxes:
  

• Click on Finish.

Follow these steps for existing meetings:

• Click on Edit Information:

• Select these check boxes:

• Click on Save.
