Filters Disappear for both Hosts and Presenters on Moving Pod Backstage
ISSUE DESCRIPTION: Filters are getting removed for both Hosts and Presenters backstage in Meetings
ENVIRONMENT:
- Adobe Connect version 12.11
- Adobe Connect Meeting
CURRENT BEHAVIOR:
- In Adobe Connect Meeting as a Host spawn a Q&A Pod.
- Let participants ask a few questions.
- Note that the filter is present in the Q&A Pod and the Host can apply the filter to questions.
- As a Host, move the Q&A pod backstage using the Pod menu option (three dots menu).
- Enable backstage.
- Observe that the Q&A Pod is moved to backstage.
- Observe that filer is removed in the Pod backstage.
- From the Meeting layout, move the Q&A Pod back to the Meeting using the Pod options menu again.
- Observe that the filter is preserved.
REASON: This is reported as a BUG # CONN-4173577 and it will be fixed in version 12.11.1.
