Event Logo is Cropped when viewed on Mobile
DESCRIPTION: Event logo is cropped from right side when it is viewed on a mobile device
ENVIRONMENT:
- Adobe Connect Events
- Adobe Connect version 12.11 and above
STEPS TO REPLICATE:
- Setup an Event selecting the 200×120 image size, 640*120 image size , 1280×240 image size
- Publish the Event to the the Event catalog.
- Check the Event Catalog in Desktop mode which will show complete 200×120 image size
- Check the Event catalog in Phone mode which will show 200×120 image size but the right side of the Event logo will be cropped
REASON: The 200×120 size recommendation is calibrated for the desktop catalog tile (3-column grid). On phone view, the tile reflows to single-column and stretches wider, so the same image is scaled to fill the wider container and the right edge appears clipped.
SOLUTION: CONN-4177581 This is under scrutiny by the Adobe Connect Engineering team.
