Error when Uploading Adobe Captivate Classic Projects to Adobe Connect 12.10

ISSUE DESCRIPTION: When uploading Adobe Captivate Classic projects to Adobe Connect, the following error is observed.

ENVIROMENT:

• Adobe Captivate Classic 2019
• Adobe Connect version 12.10 and Above

CAUSE: in Adobe Connect 12.10, we discovered an issue where publishing projects to Adobe Connect from Adobe Captivate Classic 2019. After the upload workflow is completed, an error is observed when attempting to launch the content.

We are tracking this issue with reference to bug number CONN-4165708.

SOLUTION: If you encounter this issue then please contact Adobe Connect support so that we can implement a workaround to resolve the issue through implementing an internal process on your hosted account.
