ISSUE DESCRIPTION: This notification may appear while creating AI Blogs “Unable to generate blog. The recording is too short, too long or not present at all”

ENVIRONMENT:

• Adobe Connect AI Generated Blogs
• Adobe Connect 12.10

EXPLANATION: Possible causes of the notification

• Recording minimum length is 15 minutes.
• Recording maximum length is 2 hours.
• Recording must include a Closed Caption transcript.
• Recording cannot have been deleted or failed to record; it must exist to provide the content associated with the event.

NOTE: Under Past Events only those will be listed which are associated with Seminars rooms. It will not display the Events which are associated with Meeting rooms, Virtual Classroom, Course or Curriculum, within the Adobe Connect Library
