ISSUE DESCRIPTION: Enabling the microphone in the Connect Meeting Application version 2025.08.189 invokes a microphone access error

ENVIRONMENT:

• Adobe Connect Meeting
• Adobe Connect version 12.10
• Adobe Connect application version 2025.08.189

REASON: This is logged as a bug under CONN-4168984 and fixed in version 2025.9.15

SOLUTION: Workaround is to download and install a fixed version of the application, 2025.9.15 or to use the browser in Adobe Connect instead of the Application.
