
Disk Usage Estimate is Incorrect under Admin – Account – Account Summary
SUMMARY: Disk usage is incorrect under Admin> Account> Account Summary; deletions are not measured properly from the Content Library in Adobe Connect
STEPS TO REPLICATE:
- Delete some content (Recordings, Meetings, PDF, PPTX, etc).
- Go to Admin> Account> Account Summary.
- You will see the Disk Usage (GB) under Account summary still shows Disk Usage (GB) same as it was before deleting the content.
SOLUTION:
- Login to Adobe Connect account as an Administrator.
