AI Blog Generator is Missing from the Homepage of Adobe Connect
ISSUE DESCRIPTION: AI Blog Generator option is missing from the Homepage of Adobe Connect
ENVIRONMENT:
- Adobe Connect AI Blog Generator
- Adobe Connect 12.10
EXPLANATION: The user needs specific permissions to have the AI Blog Generator appear on the Homepage. The following groups are not included although they will be able to access the AI Blog Generator from: Events> AI Blog Generator:
- Administrators
- Administrators limited
- Training Pro pack Managers
- Concurrent Hosts
- Learners
- Training Managers
- Meeting Hosts
Users who belong to these groups below will see the Homepage option for the AI Blog Generator:
- Enterprise and Education Webinar Hosts
- Named Upgrade 500
- Webinar 100 Managers
- Webinar 25 Managers
- Webinar 500 Managers
- Shared License Administrators
- Webinar Pro pack Managers
We can disable/enable this AI Blog Generator following these steps:
- Login to Adobe connect account as an Administrator.
- Go to Admin> Compliance and Control> Generative AI Settings.
- Please select the checkbox labeled “Enable AI Blog Generator.” to Enable and unchecked the checkbox labeled “Enable AI Blog Generator.” to Disable.
