Adobe Connect On-premise Server Updater 12.11 Overwrites SSO Settings

After updating an on-premise Adobe Connect Server from 12.10 to 12.11, some customers running SSO have reported that they were no longer able to log into Adobe Connect Central.

In \appserv\web\WEB-INF\web.xml, the HeaderAuthenticationFilter may need to be un-commented. After backing up the web.xml file, find and un-comment the following entry: <filter-name>HeaderAuthenticationFilter</filter-name>

Cycle the Adobe Connect Services after making this change and test SSO login.
