Adobe Connect Meeting Freezes on PowerPoint Slide Containing a GIF

ISSUE DESCRIPTION: Adobe Connect Meeting freezes on PowerPoint slide which includes a problematic GIF file

ENVIRONMENT:

STEPS TO REPLICATE:

Start Adobe Connect meeting.
Upload PowerPoint file to Meeting Share pod which includes GIF file
Once the Presenter opens the PowerPoint slide which includes GIF then the Meeting will freeze.

REASON: BUG# CONN-4169183 fixed in 12.11

WORKAROUND:

From the PowerPoint file download the GIF file and convert it to PNG format.
Upload the PNG file to the PowerPoint file and save.
Upload the PowerPoint file to share pod in the meeting and continue. The meeting room will not freeze.
