A PDF file with Danish Characters is not Uploaded into the Meeting Share Pod

ISSUE DESCRIPTION: PDF file with Danish characters is not uploaded to the share pod of WebRTC enabled Enhanced Meeting room. This only afffects WebRTC (Enhanced Audio/Video) Meeting rooms.

REASON: This is logged as a BUG# CONN-4170635 and it is being investigated by engineering team.

WORKAROUND Options:

Rename the pdf file so that we does not include any Danish character and use it in the meeting room
